Aggregates
Aggregates are fragments of coarse to medium grain rock, sand, and gravel, used in landscaping. They are obtained through surface mining or quarrying, when large rock formations are drilled, blasted, and processed into smaller rocks and sand.
Decorative aggregates specifically designed for landscaping serve several purposes, including improving drainage and enhancing outside aesthetic appeal. The most common type of aggregate consists of sand, gravel, crushed stone, and recycled concrete or fill.
Each type of landscape aggregate has a different use depending on material and stone size.
As crushed stone suppliers, we offer a broad selection of decorative crushed stones ranging in size, type and application, including; Twilights Mist, Alabama Sunset Stone Chips, Crimson Mulch Chips, Merrimac Torpedo, Mexican Pebbles, North Carolina Small Aggregate, and Ohio River Wash.
While there’s no minimum amount, most of our decorative stone aggregate is sold in bulk. However, we can bag it in smaller amounts for an additional fee. Given the nature of the aggregate application, our customers tend to buy in bulk to ensure adequate landscape coverage.
We offer delivery within a ten-mile radius of our Columbus and Cincinnati fabrication shops. For deliveries further afield, we charge a loaded mile rate.
The amount of natural stone chips required varies from project to project. If you contact us with your landscaping specifics, we’ll gladly provide you with a ballpark estimate of the aggregate needed to complete your project.

I am building a 75 gallon aquascape. I need some medium to large gravel. They have it all. More than I could even see on the website. Way more budget friendly than anything online or in pet stores. They also carry slate and granite which look great underwater and have no effect on the water quality. Will not harm your fish!! Everyone that I came in contact with was so nice, helpful, and accommodating. It was a seamless experience.

While on my search for an alternative to mulch for mynew flower beds I stopped into the Stone Center thisweek and was greeted by Scott. He was veryinformative and helpful in assisting me with a decisionthat best suited my needs. I went with their Crimsonmulch chip that is going to look great in the flower bedswith very low maintenance compared to using mulch.Upon getting loaded up, which was quick and simple, Imade my way into the office for payment. Everyone Imeet inside was very friendly and polite. Thanks againwill definitely be a returning customer for all my stoneneeds.
